Little Cooks Co is the UK's first healthy cooking kit for children. We are on a mission to connect families and empower a generation of children to form healthy happy food habits by putting cooking with kids back at the heart of the home.

The UK is in the midst of a crisis in children's health with rates of obesity, type 2 diabetes, mental health and screen addiction soaring. Concern is growing about the impact technology is having on society and relationships - parents want to spend what time they have with their children doing something fun and memorable but often lack time and inspiration.

Little Cooks Co answer these problems, and more. We send monthly cooking kits directly to children containing all the dry organic ingredients to make nutritious and delicious recipes.

EMOTIONAL: our kits offer families opportunities to connect and make lasting memories together, away from screens and distractions.

SOCIAL: every box we sell pays for a vulnerable school child in the UK to receive a healthy breakfast through our partnership with the charity Magic Breakfast. All food packaging is compostable and boxes 100% recyclable

HEALTH: recipes are designed by a registered nutritionist; use whole natural ingredients; no refined carbohydrates (which are a key driver of obesity); and all ingredients in the box are organic.

EDUCATIONAL: the boxes teach children the crucial life skill of cooking which will offer them choice in later life not to be reliant on processed food; they introduce families to new ingredients, and they teach children about the power of food.

PRACTICAL: boxes fit through the letterbox and last at least 3 months so fit into a family's life rather than become a pressure in them. The recipes never take longer than an hour to make from start to finish.
